Ms. Karen O Patterson
Since the 1980’s, when I was a member of St Chad’s, Tampa, I have been active in the ECW. First in my parish and then deanery, diocesan and province. I have served as a deanery director, diocesan president, and province president.
Professionally I serve as a guardian for persons who have been adjudicated incapacitated. Prior to that I worked at a law firm for over 20 years.
In the Diocese of Southwest Florida, I have served on the Diocesan Council and Standing Committee (four years as its Chair), as well as serving on two diocesan search committees for bishop and as a deputy or alternate to the general convention several times. I have also attended several Triennials.
My husband, Don and I have three sons, three daughters and thirteen grandchildren as well as two in-law grandchildren.
