Have handled more than 100 cases in Pasco, Hillsborough, and Pinellas, as well as other counties in the State of Florida.  Volunteered to teach 40 hour guardianship course for Statewide Public Guardians’ Office in Hernando County and at the University of South Florida.  Have handled cases with assets ranging from 0 to more than $l,000,000.  Prior legal experience has helped me serve as guardian/personal representative/trustee in connection with real property, dissolutions of marriage, corporate structures, etc.

Have attended continuing education classes beyond the 16 hours required every two years.  Have handled indigent cases for over twenty years and served as the Public Guardian of Pasco County from 2003 through 2008.  Am familiar with requirements for Medicaid nursing home funding as well as Aid and Attendance through the Veterans Administration and other programs.
