1st Vice President (Program)
I have been married to my husband Peter for 50 years. We have two daughters and a son and 4 grandchildren. I was a camp director for 18 years and have also been a manager of a fabric store and floral designer. I am presently serving on the Board of the Scandinavian Assisted Living and Nursing Home.
I am a lifelong Episcopalian and come from Rhode Island. I have served in many ministries of the church: diocesan ECW president, missions chair and deanery representative. In my parish I have served as usher, coffee host, 100th anniversary committee, vestry member and on mobile loaves and fishes, a program to feed homeless men.
I believe communications is vital to the success of any group and I will work with the National Episcopal Church Women’s Board to bring our stories to the people in the pews. As I travel on this journey, my hopes and prayers are for us to continue moving into the 21st century, using the tools available to us to further women’s ministries in the church and beyond.
